History of Taijiquan of the Yang family. Basic training program of Taijiquan: “Old style Yang Taijiquan style Yang Butyrskaya

Disciplines: self-defense, taijiquan, wushu, exercise therapy, qigong, taijiquan Yang style.

Experience in coaching – since 2009.
Author of the translation from Chinese of Ma Hong's book "Theory and Practice of Chen Style Taijiquan."

I practice martial arts. Sambo, judo, karate, southern Shaolin styles (lamson, hongjia). Last years I practice only Chen family taijiquan, learning directly from the direct carriers of the style of Chen Yu, Chen Shiu. I conduct classes every day at the Qinglong Club: Chen form of Taijiquan, Tuishou and martial application, Qigong (Daoyin Yangshengong), Neigong, forms with weapons. I also practice acupuncture, do translations from Chinese, and do Chinese painting.

Taijiquan Yang style: 2500 rub. / 60 min.

Self-defense: 2500 rub. / 60 min. ( The goal of any type of self-defense is effectiveness. Without reliable protection and a good strike, self-defense is not effective. Nowadays Taijiquan is very rarely practiced as a form of martial art. Mostly people focus on the health and aesthetic aspects of tai chi or the competitive practices of tui shou. Nevertheless, Taijiquan was and, with rare exceptions, remains effective look hand-to-hand combat. In our classes, we deal in detail with the topics of effort - jin 劲: basic effort and building on its basis explosive force 发劲 fajin, short force 寸劲, shaking force 抖劲 doujin, etc.; setting the impact force using special protective equipment; get acquainted with the technical arsenal of strikes of the Chen style (strikes with palms, fists, fingers, forearms, elbows, body, legs, knees, head); familiarize yourself with the localization of each type of impact.)

Taijiquan: 2500 rub. / 60 min. ( A little history to understand the context in which I teach Tai Chi.
When Taijiquan was just being formed, its creator Chen Wangting combined into one whole the techniques of hand-to-hand combat that were in use at that time, the law of unity and struggle of opposites, described in the treatise “Zhou Yi”, the teaching Chinese medicine, set out in the treatise “Inner Chambers”, as well as the Taoist techniques of tunna and daoyin.
Since ancient times, Taoists have been looking for the key to immortality - a certain elixir. There were schools external alchemy who brewed all kinds of potions in search of that very elixir. There were (and still are) schools of internal alchemy, which, with the help of psychophysical exercises (including Daoyin and Tunna), transformed human body to achieve immortality. True, no one has seen these immortals, but rumors have been circulating for thousands of years. My modest experience allows me to judge the energetic effect of these exercises as real and, most importantly, accessible to modern people.
With the help of their practices, Taoists develop three energies in a person: jing (basic component), qi (energy, pneuma, or whoever you like - prana) and shen (spirit). In turn, the teachings of Chinese medicine are based on the law of yin-yang interaction and, strictly speaking, came out of Taoist practices. The richest traditional Chinese medicinal medicine originates from the development of external alchemy by the ancient Taoists. Methods of self-regulation - qigong, yangshengong and others originate from the schools of internal alchemy. Hand-to-hand combat was in itself. Chen Wangting was the first to come up with the idea: why not use the three levels of human energy (jing - qi - shen) in martial art, for utilitarian, so to speak, purposes.
Daoyin is the stretching of tendons, Chen Wangting began to use tendon strength instead of purely muscular strength, this is the level of jing. The energy of qi breathing among the Taoists was developed by Tunna breathing exercises; the power of qi (second level) can be used as a means of penetrating blows. And finally, the third level - shen (spirit) psychic energy can be used as an effective conductor of the first two forces. The famous power of taiji, jin, is made from the fusion of three energies.
Based on the theory of unity and struggle of opposites, it is possible to separate the Yin and Yang components in Taijiquan. The body is a structure, a basic, Yin component, hand-to-hand combat techniques are a function, a Yang component. The body is an instrument that requires special care. Tai Chi exercises themselves have an effect that strengthens the body, but in my opinion it is not sufficient. If you engage exclusively in the combat aspect, it destroys the body. If you practice only Daoyin and Tongna, or practice only health taijiquan, then it destroys martial arts. Therefore, we are looking for a balance: in Qinglong we have different types training. There is tuishou and application, strength work, daoyin, neigong (breathing practice), dazzo meditation. Tuishou, application and power, daoyin form jing energy; Neigong strengthens qi, and datsuo cultivates shen. The Chen forms (first and paochui + weapons) combine all components.
We invite everyone to an intensive seminar, where we are going to practice Chen forms, practice Taoist Daoyin, Neigong and Dazo.
)

Wushu: 2500 rub. / 60 min.

What is Tai Chiquan? There are a great many conversations, articles and explanations. This is both the Great Limit and the equality of the unity of opposites. I've heard a lot of things over the years of training. The following conclusion was made for myself: this discipline can be practiced by everyone. age groups. The only thing that will be difficult for highly dynamic people is to master this.

Conventionally, Taijiquan can be divided into two components. These are health and applied or military equipment. One of the Chinese masters said this: “First heal, and then fight.” It should be noted that this discipline will give a positive result in any case. After all, movement is life!

If you practice the healing side, then over time you will acquire extrasensory sensitivity, open an intuitive channel in yourself, and restore the weakened functions of your body. Regular classes and studying the basic forms of Tai Chi will allow you to significantly improve the mobility of all joints, strengthen the spine, get rid of ailments and prolong life.

This site makes an attempt to show how and by what means you can achieve the desired results in improving your health. Applied technology will also be considered. It's nice to know that in Lately, people are increasingly interested in the health side, but we will also cover applied technology no less.

We wish all seekers to reach their heights. Health, prosperity and good luck!!!

Video of Fu Zhong Wen, a student of Yang Cheng Fu, performing Yang Tai Chi 85 form.

Fu Zhong Wen - one of the brightest representatives Yang style Taijiquan, lived 91 years (1903-1994) practicing T ai chiquan most of my life (from the age of 9).

Master Fu is famous for his hardworking approach to training. He practiced and taught his students this rule: form (108 Yang movements) is done sequentially without breaks from 6 to 8 times. Each form in his direction takes approximately 20 minutes. In total, the form takes from 2 to two and a half hours.

To this we need to add uniforms with weapons and classes Tuishou. Perhaps this approach to training strengthens the body for many years.

It is known that the master Fu Zhong Wen was an ardent opponent of the simplification of forms in Taijiquan, for which he suffered. Famous modern form "24 Forms" created by a certain Li Chen Zhi (Li Chen Ji), who was a member of the Communist Party and studied Xingyi And Bagua, but never studied Taiji. Form he created based on a book that Master Fu wrote. Seeing this form, Fu Zhong Wen severely criticized her, refusing to acknowledge her Taijiquan.

For this, he was taken into custody and placed under house arrest for “disagreement with the Party’s policy of spreading Taijiquan.”

Traditional Yang style Taijiquan. Interactive training manual.
Mikhail Baev, LLC "VIPv"
The author and compiler of this DVD is Mikhail Leonidovich Baev, a personal student of master Liu Gaoming, the 6th generation of direct transmission of the traditional Yang-shi taijiquan...

He has more than 35 years of practice behind him, including real combat. Also M.L. Baev is a specialist in traditional Chinese medicine.

About the author-compiler of the manual
The author and compiler of the interactive training manual is Mikhail Leonidovich Baev, a personal student of master Liu Gaoming, the 6th generation of direct transmission of the traditional Yang-shi taijiquan.

Below we present excerpts from an interview with Mikhail Baev.
Mikhail Leonidovich, as far as I know, at one time you worked in the Committee State Security, where they served in an anti-terrorist anti-sabotage group based in Central Asia. Moreover, the group, as they said then, was exemplary. Your main responsibilities included training personnel in general physical, combat and hand-to-hand training. This already presupposes a certain level of experience. Tell us how you came to the world of Martial Arts?
My first teacher was Isakov Maketai, a Kyrgyz by nationality. The man who introduced me to the world of Martial Arts, gave me the basics and direction. I am eternally grateful to him for this. I didn't have to retrain anywhere. Neither when I had to do real work in the KGB, nor when I studied traditional Taijiquan in China...
He himself began studying when he studied at the Mukhinsky School in St. Petersburg, in the very early 70s, and then, when after studying he returned to his homeland in Kyrgyzstan, it turned out that in Central Asia there were quite a lot of immigrants from China who possessed some kind of interesting knowledge from this area. By virtue of it personal qualities and aspiration, he had the opportunity to receive information from these immigrants from China, thus, bit by bit, he formed a style with the help of which he trained several hundred magnificent fighters. And then, when the Master appeared and gave him specific techniques, he passed them on to us. These were wonderful times. When we went to the mountains together and trained 15 - 18 hours a day...

How did you meet your teacher?
I made my first contacts with Chinese masters in Moscow (since I had not traveled abroad before), having flown here to attend a seminar held by the State Sports Committee.
And then a cassette with a recording of Liu Gaoming came to me, and I realized that this was exactly what I was missing in studying Taijiquan. I studied on tape for a while, then went to Beijing. The reason for this trip was the world conference on Taijiquan, at which Soviet Union Only two people were invited - me and my brother. The Chinese may not have known who to invite. There I met the Teacher, showed myself to him, and he took me. And three years later I asked to make BAI SHI and join the family. And he also received consent.

More details please. What is BAI SHI?
BAI SHI is acceptance as a student. Formally, this means one thing - to bow to the Master as a Teacher. If he allows you to do this, it means he is taking you as a student. This is tantamount to being accepted into the family, and those who have gone through this ritual literally become followers, that is, followers. Those who accept all information. How someone will take it is a personal matter for everyone, but, I repeat, they are given all the information, and they already become representatives of the school. In 1994, the Teacher took me into the family...

How did you work?
I started traveling to China in 1991. I lived in Alma-Ata then. 4 hour flight to Beijing. I traveled 5-6 times a year, but I never lived in China for more than 2 months.
Flew to the Teacher. We studied in the park where he taught since '59. This is a park at the former imperial palace. Now it is called the “Park of Culture and Recreation of Workers.” There is a small gazebo at the Eastern Gate of this park. We worked out there 2-3 times a day. Most often together. Because when the Teacher works with you personally, this is called “Student of the Inner Chambers.” Quite a privileged position in a traditional Chinese school.

Clip 1. Classes with the Teacher.

We communicated closely in this way until 1995. Since 1995, the Teacher’s illness began to worsen (the consequence of a serious injury after an accident) and then classes went like this: The Teacher invited one of the older students and something that he himself could not show (for example, a uniform with a spear, this is enough difficult) the senior student showed me, and the Teacher gave instructions and explanations. In March 2004, the Teacher left...

What do you recommend paying attention to, what advice should you give to those users who are just starting to practice Tai Chi Chuan?
A person who grew up in conditions Western culture it is quite difficult to completely and seriously perceive all the components of traditional spiritual and physical practices ancient China, many of which cannot be explained verbally. Therefore, in their studies, everyone should be as honest and sincere as possible, trying to use traditional, ancient techniques as much as possible. Improve external and internal, constantly adjusting what is lagging behind. Strengthen and develop the body, control and develop breathing and concentrate - refine the mind.
It is recommended to familiarize yourself with, or better yet diligently study, the three main books for all internal styles of wushu: I Ching (Book of Changes), Tao Te Ching (Canon of the Path and Strength, or Path and Virtue) and Huang Di Nei Jing (Treatise on Inner Yellow Emperor).
Everyone who wants to achieve perfection should have maximum goals as their goal:
In martial art - achieving a state when the need to fight forever disappears, as a true master will never allow a situation near him that causes the need to use physical strength. Either - how highest level mastery in Taijiquan - the ability to materialize intentions and manage situations at the energy level.
In terms of health - complete absence all diseases...
In improving the spirit - achieving a state of consciousness defined in the Chinese tradition as “Perfect Wisdom”.

The military arts of China include many directions and schools, but regardless of this, to achieve good level mastering the art of combat requires a lot of effort and patience, many years painstaking work in one direction. Only then is it possible for what is called Gongfu to emerge - development, mastery at the level of achievement. As for the art of Taijiquan, it is defined by such concepts as “the weak prevails over the strong”, “the soft contains the hard”, “the spirit-shen, the breath-qi and the seed-jing are one”, “thought leads the breath-qi , qi leads the force, etc., which extend to all other areas of human life and underlie all traditional Chinese culture. If you learn to constantly train your spirit and body, regardless of whether it is morning or evening, Cold winter or hot summer, if you improve your intellectual and physical level, then no matter who you are, man or woman, old or young, you will definitely achieve great success. And there is no need to delay progress along the Path, inventing excuses for yourself in the form of searching for “secret techniques” or a “real teacher”. Tradition says that when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. The ancients also said: “One day you studied, one day you gained.” Missed one day, lost ten days”...

Project Features
Our program for working with text and video information at the output (that is, on the monitor screen) is a “living book”.

You are simply reading this book. Having reached specific place, You discover that a video image appears on one of the pages, corresponding in meaning to what you just read.

1.Reading a “book”. On the left is text information, on the right is the corresponding video clip.

If you are interested in the clip, you can view it again, you can view it continuously in its entirety or any part of it, both at combat speed and in the “frame by frame” mode.

2.The clip interested me, I watch it continuously

Or you can enlarge it to the size of the screen, step aside and work out the information received (for example, leaving the enemy’s line of attack, kicking, defending against a knife, etc.).

3.I enlarge the video to fit the screen

This approach (providing information in a “living book” format), from our point of view, is the most optimal. Since only a combination of video and text information can provide the most comprehensive consideration of issues on military and sports topics

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that your mastery of technical techniques with this form of training will be much more effective compared to learning only with the help of an educational film. After all, you can find any of these techniques within a few seconds, get acquainted with the necessary text information, study or practice the technique or part of it at a speed convenient for you using the five video players built into the program...

In addition, the program allows you to work with your personal video archive.
After all, no matter what level of skill you have, looking at yourself from the outside will help you analyze your strengths and weaknesses, draw the necessary conclusions and continue your training more effectively.

Initial stage of training
Basic methods initial stage
The main methods of the initial stage are imitation and repetition. The path to mastery lies through the accumulation of lightness and softness. The accumulation of softness gives rise to hardness, and the hard and soft begin to organically guide each other.

Clip 1. Pole work, statics. Standing in a pillar and in Chinese there is a description of the basic principles. Principles that are necessary in both movement and execution of Tai Chi Chuan*. That is, the static pose ZHANG-ZHUAN is what is called pillar work. This is standing like a pillar. One of the main techniques for internally generating energy within yourself. In a static exercise, three levels are worked out - the seed “Jing”, the breath “Qi” and the spirit “Shen”. Or body, breath and consciousness. When working with the body, it is necessary to achieve complete control of the relaxed body, the feeling of all joints as one. When working with breathing, it is necessary to achieve deep, subtle and rhythmic breathing. Consciousness must be made pure and calm, combining the attentive sensation of a relaxed body and the pulsation of breathing with consciousness into a trinity. This practice is performed both before and after a set of taijiquan movement forms, and as a separate work.

Clip 2. Same thing. What is needed. He lists the body parts and says what they should be. The head is suspended, the shoulders are lowered, the elbows are loaded, the hands are planted

Basic requirements for body shape.
There are basic requirements for body position when practicing Tai Chi Chuan. The head position requirements for fist fighting are as follows. Xue ling jing ji er, in the emptiness of the divine spirit of effort at the top of the head. As for the people who are currently making explanations for this phrase, they translate it as “suspended crown of the head.”
But this concept itself is very difficult to fulfill. The top of the head should be positioned straight, and the intention should be directed upward, into emptiness. In this way, the whole body is maintained in a straight, central, relaxed and balanced state.
Such posture and movements mainly set the seed and spirit in motion through incarnation. And they prevent fatigue and laziness, lack of excitement. In this way, it is possible to force the central nervous system inside the brain to lead and control all movements in the process of practicing Tai Chi Chuan.
The position of the head after this requirement is realized, the lower part of the head is pulled up, both the neck and the collar area are gathered, the back part is slightly connected and tucked up. It is necessary to avoid straining the neck so that stagnation does not form. It is necessary to maintain mobility and vitality in this area.
The chest and back are symmetrical positions, located in front and behind.
In ancient texts on taiji chuan, fighting, it is said to “pull your chest in and stick out your back.” The point is not to stick out your chest, but to collect intention and qi inward.
And when they exercise poorly, a bulge in the chest and a hump on the back often form. This error occurs frequently, so you need to pay attention Special attention to avoid it.
“Pull in your chest and stick out your back” - the main goal is to ensure that the entire shape of the torso is balanced and straight. It is necessary to open your chest and free your back to do this. In order for the chest and back to collect qi, the qi of intention must be open and move freely. Only in this case, when practicing Tai Chi Chuan, one can experience freedom of movement and tension does not arise, which results in pressure due to one’s condition.
During a fight, in accordance with this requirement, you can strike in all 8 directions and move freely, repelling any attack. The spine to the coccyx - it is necessary that it forms one vertical straight line, middle, straight, calm and relaxed. The joints of the spine should be relaxed and point downward from the tailbone; this needs to be exercised. This plays a very important role both for setting in motion the breathing of qi in the process of nourishing life and for throwing out energy efforts during strikes on the stands.
The shoulders and elbows make up the upper parts of the arms. Ancient treatises say that you need to lower your shoulders and point your elbows down. The point is that you should not sag your shoulders or raise your elbows. Thus, it can affect the downward qi of intention.
However, during exercise, if you try very hard to lower your shoulders and elbows, deviations in the coherence of movements in the elbows and shoulders can very easily occur. Movements will then be inflexible, with obstruction.
If the elbows are relaxed and rounded, then they will form an even circle of qi movement with the shoulders.
In this way, it will be possible to feel a lively roundness of movements, which will not lead to difficulty and incoherence. During the fight, it will be possible to react very quickly to everything, in such a way that the areas of the elbows will connect with the positions of the hands during defensive and offensive strikes.
The palms should be connected to the wrists. Ancient treatises on Taijiquan talk about zu wan, sitting wrists, which expresses the basic position.
In fact, sitting wrists are very easy to develop numbness and stiffness. Therefore, it is necessary for the wrist to be protruded, sticking out, gu san. The palm should be relaxed, even and straight. This will help the inner chi from the base of the middle finger to flow outward, and as a result it will be very easy to move the hands.
When the hand is alive and free, all movements of the hand are then easily performed, the person feels freedom of movement. Breath and blood circulate freely. This way, even in cold weather, your hands will be warm.
If your hand is hard and frozen, it is very easy to freeze.
The hand can turn into an open palm, or it can turn into a fist, it can make a hook, but in all cases it is necessary to avoid hardness and rigidity.
Depending on what movement is being made, the palm must be kept relaxed so that it is smooth, soft, and straight. The center of the palm should be gathered inward, as if it were holding a living little ball of chi energy inside.
Regardless of what movement the fist makes, it should not be hard and clenched. The center should still be relaxed and have some space left in it.
When a single whip is made and the hand is formed into a hook, it should not be too curved, and the five fingers should be directed downward so that the qi passes from the end of the middle finger and comes out.

Impact on the body
Tai Chi Quan classes are The best way promoting health and improving the body. It promotes the development of strength, speed, reaction, endurance, flexibility, and intelligence. His philosophical basis is the ancient principles of yin-yang (movement and rest, the unity of mutual transformation of opposites) and wu-xing (the order of generation and mutual overcoming of the five movements of matter).
From a physiological point of view, specific breathing in Tai Chi Quan equally contributes to the hardening of the zang fu organs (full and hollow internal organs), as well as comprehensive development organs of perception. In this process, internal and external organs are combined with muscles, tendons, flesh and skin. Each performs its own function, but at the same time everyone is in unity. Thus, the limbs move the internal organs and qi merges with any aspiration, with any movement of the body. All these provisions are closely related to the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine.
During classes, concentration of consciousness is necessary, searching for peace in movement. The mind must be kept clear and calm. Thought guides qi through the body, just as you string joints on a thread of thought. In this way, the spiritual and physical are harmonized, the breath-qi accumulates and the spirit-shen is improved. When practicing, you need to use thought, not force. Wherever thought penetrates, qi can follow, as well as the release of qi. All this is possible only when yin and yang are balanced, blood and qi breathing circulate harmoniously, and all channels are open and passable. All this has a beneficial effect on breathing, digestion, metabolism, the nervous system, endocrine glands and all vital functions of the body. People suffering from high blood pressure and diseases get a good healing effect gastrointestinal tract, weakened nervous system, as well as long-term, chronic diseases.

Taijiquan, "internal" style of wushu, is a martial art, a health system, and a meditative practice. Thanks to this combination, it is very popular all over the world.

Translated, Taijiquan means “fist of the great limit.”

Taijiquan- one of the most popular Chinese “soft” martial arts throughout the world, according to legend, created by the Taoist master Zhang Sanfeng more than 800 years ago. Tai Chi Chuan contains a complete set of exercises for the body and mind, stimulating blood flow, releasing stiff joints and increasing internal energy bodies. A feature of taiji practice is the refusal to use brute muscle force, instead of which a special internal force is used. Body and spirit merge in complete unity, and movements are carried out in a smooth arc, as if strung on top of each other. As a martial art, Tai Chi Quan is based on flexibility, compliance, agility, receptivity and a relaxed state of body and mind.

The impact of Tai Chi Chuan on health mainly lies in the fact that in the process of regular exercises the internal Qi (energy) of the body is harmonized, the permeability of energy channels is improved, and immunity is also increased. According to traditional Chinese medicine, any disease is nothing more than an imbalance of Qi in the body. As a martial art, Tai Chi Chuan also provides a high degree of physical relaxation, balance and peace of mind. And, most importantly, it improves internal energy circulation, promoting health and getting rid of many diseases.

A sedentary lifestyle has a number of negative consequences for human health. Tai Chi Chuan classes can completely solve this problem. Smooth harmonious, beautiful movements combined with deep correct breathing give excellent results. Physical body receives the necessary moderate physical activity, and the mind receives rest and pleasure.

An important advantage of Taijiquan is that it is completely It is not necessary to practice from a young age. Even having mastered it at a fairly mature age, you can practice, improving your skills until a very old age, which cannot be said about the “external” styles of wushu, which require flexibility and great physical effort.

In Tai Chi Chuan, special attention is paid to working with energy.- this leads to the appearance inner strength(effort), which is called jin. This art can be studied by people of all ages, due to the special preparation of the body such as splits, acrobatic jumps, etc. not required. In addition, the sequence of movements is chosen in such a way that Qi automatically begins to circulate correctly, even if you know nothing about it.

Tai Chi Chuan is used in a more active and dynamic form like a martial art. And special trainings, in which special attention is paid to working with Qi, lead to the emergence of internal strength - jin, which is significantly superior to physical strength.

The main emphasis in classes is on the healing effect and internal work with energy and consciousness. Therefore, the practice of Tai Chi Chuan It is studied not only as a martial art, but also as a system of dynamic meditation.

Taiji has great importance and as a system aimed at the harmonious development and comprehensive improvement of human health.

In addition to health and fighting skills, Tai Chi Quan is also an excellent means of overcoming a number of social problems. Mental stress is relieved in the training room (result modern image life, the cause of aggression and depression), religious intolerance goes away ( dire consequences which is fanaticism and terrorism). Tai Chi Quan is suitable for all ages and entire families can often be seen practicing, resulting in eternal problem fathers and children, united by a common occupation, loses its sharp forms.
