Successful turkey meatballs. Useful culinary tips and tricks for preparing dishes

It is preferable to use homemade minced meat by chopping chilled, skinless white meat from a fillet or turkey thigh in a meat grinder on the middle rack. You can skip 2 times.

Onions, ground in a meat grinder along with the meat pulp, will add juiciness to the finished dish. If you use store-bought minced meat, it won’t hurt to add onion, only very finely chopped.

The bun for the cutlet mass must be dry so that the structure of the meatballs does not become sticky.

To get juicy meatballs, you need to fill them completely with sauce so that they disappear.

If you remove the foil covering the meatballs 10 minutes before the end of the baking time in the oven, they will be covered with a beautiful golden brown crust.

To the minced meat I add one egg, round rice boiled until half cooked and one teaspoon of tomato paste.

I mix all these ingredients and add a little parsley. More for beauty than taste.

It's time to prepare the tomato sauce. For the sauce I use onions and carrots.

First of all, I fry finely diced onions and carrots, grated on a coarse grater.

You can also add bell pepper to the frying pan for taste and color. Here already who likes it.

When the vegetables become soft, add tomato paste, sour cream and a little sugar to bring out the flavor.

Now all you have to do is add a glass of water to make the sauce a sauce.

All that remains is to form beautiful meatballs and place them in the multicooker bowl.

I add sour cream and milk to the flour and butter. I mix everything well with a whisk.

I bring the mixture to a thick consistency and simmer with the lid closed for 3-4 minutes over low heat. Stir the sauce from time to time to prevent burning.

    300 gr. cheese

    3 cloves garlic

    Fresh herbs

    Preparation

The bun should be soaked in warm milk. Finely chop the onion, add it along with the soaked bun to the minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

From the resulting minced meat, you need to form small meatballs, place them in a greased form and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: finely chop the herbs, grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze the garlic through a garlic press and mix all the ingredients.

Then add cream, mix everything again and pour over the meatballs. After 30 - 35 minutes the dish will be ready.

    Bon appetit!

Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes. Then lightly squeeze out excess liquid.

Chop the meat coarsely and pass it through a meat grinder with onions and bread.

Salt the minced meat, beat in the egg.

You can also add carrots, raw potatoes, zucchini, cauliflower to the meat - 100 grams of vegetables will be enough.

Boil the rice in salted water for 7 - 10 minutes, and then rinse it. Pour rice into the minced meat and mix.

Forming balls. For convenience, we wet our hands with water before each ball or once with oil - then the minced meat will not stick to our hands.

I won’t fry the meatballs, but you can fry them in oil after rolling them in breadcrumbs or flour. You can also bake for 7-9 minutes at 200° to form a crust.

Place the balls in a heat-resistant form or ceramic pot, pour in sour cream diluted with 200 milliliters of water, add a bay leaf, you can put a little garlic in the sauce for a piquant aroma. Sour cream can be replaced with low-fat cream and kefir.

Bake for an hour at 180°.

Serve the meatballs with a side dish.

Bon appetit!
